Mike Herman started his finance journey in 1988 with Citibank and has had various roles across a number of finance institutions over the years. He was a relationship manager for Medfin, a specialist division of NAB managing a portfolio of medical and allied health professionals and recently completed a role at the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and the HR institute (AHRI)
Mike has extensive experience in mortgage management, commercial and construction finance, asset finance and as a specialist medical finance consultant.
Mike’s focus is on providing the highest possible levels of service, as well as adding value to a client’s business by providing insights into industry best practices.
Shannon Murphy is a qualified accountant and founding partner of MLPC, who provides management accounting, financial, operational and tax accounting services to astute, high net worth clients in the medical, dental and allied health industries.
Shannon’s expertise is in using cloud technology to assist practice owner clients to create efficiencies within their medical practice and enhance their understanding of both their business and individual situations.
Specialising in the medical sector, Shannon and the team from MLPC, have a in-depth understanding of the key performance indicators that relate to medical practices/businesses and what critical KPI’s contribute to success.
